EXPANDING BEYOND BUSINESS TO PRODUCT: A PRODUCT CULTURE WORTH BUILDING WITH LAGBAJAMOBILE

IN THE BEGINNING:
As Lagbaja Mobile's first Product Manager, I established Lagbaja's first company product by conducting market research, learning about customer pain points and converting them to product ideas which the team efficiently brought to life.

I refined the company's revenue by supporting marketing and sales strategies in acquiring and closing new prospects. My other goal was to ensure churn prevention by keeping customers happy with our services. I also anchored events that brought awareness to Domestic Technology and its benefits to users further ramping up our clientele base.

I am currently working on executing strategies for Lagbaja Mobile's business rebranding initiative and the changes this will mean for its internal line of products alongside taking active steps to create expansion strategies for Lagbaja Mobile and its products.
MY CONTRIBUTIONS:
  • Improve the products capability by identifying partnership opportunities in enhancing market share
  • Measure product success by tracking metrics such as user engagement, conversion and churn rates
  • Visualize all aspects of the business, understand market dynamics and forecast a strategic vision based on evolving environments and the future needs of customers.

  • Build data-driven strategies in positioning Lagbaja's products in the market
RESULTS:
  • Managed product timelines, improving team output by 61% in 1 quarter.
  • Pioneered the end-to-end development process of the company’s DomTech product with a serviceable number of 20 domestic workers to over 300 clients.
  • Partnered with marketing on go-to-market strategies pre and post launch resulting in a 20 - 40% adoption rate across differing product platforms
